Barristers win judicial review of plan to publish their details on top legal aid earners list

Two barristers have been granted leave to seek judicial review in relation to plans to include their details on Northern Ireland's top 100 legal aid earners list, arguing it breaches their privacy and could put them at risk. They were granted judicial review after the Legal Services Agency conceded an arguable case had been established.
