Rochdale gang wins legal aid to fight deportation

Members of a gang of four men from Rochdale, who were convicted of various offences including the trafficking of children for sexual exploitation, rape, conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with children and sexual coercion, have been given legal aid to fight deportation to Pakistan on human rights grounds under ECHR art.8, after already receiving more than £1 million to fight their criminal charges.
